Hey, I am not disowning and I'm family (hee, hee). From your picture it looks as though you've recovered from your trip to Utah. I was really hoping I'd get to see you when you made your way out to Shaneys, maybe next time.
Ang - I know :) I wanted to meet your family and meet up with Shaney and Ken. Turns out, my kids got sick at the last moment and I did not want to bring it around.
You know you can stop by if you are ever in town! We will have a place for you whenever! If I go back to Utah I will be sure to make a special trip to spend time with all of you! I promise. Thanks a million.

Hey girl, I am trying to follow your tutorial for watermarks and am getting stuck on the edit/copy part.
I picked the pic, set the settings the way you said, used the tool (at this time the pic is no longer there but it is a background with checkers) cut the pic, and went to edit then copy and it came up with an error that there in no image to copy. I can't figure what happened to the pic when I clicked ok after I set the settings? Can you help me? Thanks!!

Are you using the marqui tool and selecting the pic? Once you do that you can go to edit, copy. Then open the new file and go to edit, paste.
If you opened a new file the picture will not be in it but behind it. You need to select it then copy then paste it to your new file. I hope that makes sense.
Another option you have is to use your picture without starting a new file. Choose layers - new. By doing so you can make different designs on several layers until you are happy with what you have - then merge down.
Let me know if this helps. I started a new tutorial on creating a preset brush.
